Aozhong 6-inch 49-hole green polyester film sanding disc (P120) is specifically designed for automotive refinishing, primer sanding, putty sanding, wood finishing, composite material sanding, and pre-paint surface preparation. This product features a 150 mm sanding disc, P120 grit, polyester film backing, hook-and-loop fastening, and a 49-hole dust collection design.

This product is specifically developed for users who require a balance of hole alignment, disc change speed, edge wear resistance, dust collection efficiency, and sanding mark control. Compared to paper-backed sanding discs, the polyester film backing helps the disc maintain its shape during mechanical sanding and ensures even distribution of sanding pressure on both flat and curved surfaces.

The P120 grit size follows the P-grade abrasive system used for coated abrasives. The ISO 6344-2:2021 standard covers the P12 to P220 macro-grit range for coated abrasive products, including the grit distribution of aluminum oxide and silicon carbide.
