6-inch Brown Mesh Sanding Disc P400 is a 150mm hook-and-loop mesh sanding disc suitable for dry sanding, sanding with dust extraction, surface preparation
P400 Hook and Loop Mesh Sandpaper Disc
This sanding disc features a brown abrasive surface and a mesh backing. The back is designed with a hook-and-loop fastener, allowing it to be mounted on 6-inch random-orbit sanders, pneumatic sanders, electric sanders, dust collection pads, and interface pads.
P400-grit sandpaper is suitable for fine sanding of surfaces after coarse sanding. It is commonly used for sanding primer, removing sanding marks, surface preparation prior to painting, and smoothing surfaces on wood, paint, fillers, and composite substrates.
The open-mesh structure allows for dust removal across the entire surface of the sanding pad. Compared to sanding pads with fixed holes, mesh sandpaper reduces alignment issues when users switch between different backing pads. This makes it suitable for multi-hole, 6-hole, 8-hole, 15-hole, 17-hole, and mesh sanding pads.
P400 brown mesh sandpaper is mainly used for surface leveling, scratch refinement, coating preparation, and dry sanding with dust extraction systems.
P400 is not designed for stock removal. It is mainly used for surface leveling, scratch refinement, and preparation before coating or finer sanding.
The mesh structure supports dust movement through the abrasive surface, making it suitable for dry sanding workflows with compatible dust extraction systems.
This product consists of four functional layers: abrasive layer, bonding layer, mesh backing layer, and hook-and-loop backing layer.
The structure is designed for surface sanding, scratch repair, dust removal, flexibility, and quick attachment to orbital sanding tools.

Features P400 abrasive particles for surface sanding, scratch refinement, and repair before coating or finer sanding steps.
Utilizes a resin bonding system to ensure the abrasive particles are firmly adhered during sanding operations.
Features an open mesh structure to facilitate dust removal and enhance the sanding pad’s flexibility during use.
Used to attach the sanding pad to an orbital sander, supporting quick installation, removal, and replacement.
