Description

Purple Ceramic Hook and Loop Sanding Disc P320

This purple ceramic sanding disc is designed for users who require cutting control, scratch management, and dust extraction during sanding operations. The polyester film backing helps maintain a flat surface on the disc during sanding. Compared to paper backing, the film backing ensures surface consistency and reduces edge tearing when sanding curved surfaces.

The 8-hole design allows dust to pass through the sanding disc into the backing pad and vacuum system. This helps reduce paper clogging during primer sanding, topcoat sanding, wood finishing preparation, and surface leveling. The hook-and-loop backing design enables residue-free disc replacement.

P320-grit sandpaper is typically used for intermediate sanding. It removes marks left by P180 or P240 sanding and prepares the surface for subsequent P400 sanding, painting, or finishing steps. This sandpaper is not suitable for material removal or heavy-duty grinding.

8-Hole Dust-Removal Layout

Supports dust removal when used with compatible sanding pads and dust extraction systems.

B2B Customer Purchasing Guidelines
For industrial buyers, hole alignment is one of the primary factors to verify. An 8-hole sanding disc must match an 8-hole sanding disc tray to ensure the dust extraction system functions properly. If the sander uses a 15-hole, 17-hole, 49-hole, or multi-hole tray, the hole layout must be verified before placing an order. P320 is suitable for sanding transition areas but not for material removal. For leveling fillers, P80 to P180 are more commonly used. For primer and paint preparation, P240 to P400 are more commonly used. For fine sanding, P600 and finer grits are typically selected.
